Online Booking Terms & Conditions

By submitting this booking request, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Accurate Information The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the property, requested services, and job scope. All submitted details should accurately represent the entire property and all areas to be serviced.
2. Estimate Adjustments Quotes and estimates generated through the online booking system are based solely on the information provided by the customer. PureView Clean reserves the right to revise pricing if the actual scope of work differs from the information submitted, is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or does not represent the entire property.
3. Additional Charges Final pricing may be adjusted based on conditions identified during the on-site assessment, including but not limited to:
- - Additional windows, panes, screens, French panes, or skylights
- - Additional gutter length or stories
- - Heavy debris, clogged downspouts, or gutter guard removal/reinstallation
- - Hard water stain removal
- - Construction debris, paint, stickers, or excessive buildup
- - Restricted, unsafe, or difficult access conditions
- - Any additional services requested on-site
4. Property Access The customer or an authorized adult representative must be available if needed during the service appointment. Any gates, doors, garages, pets, or access points required to perform the work must be secured and accessible at the scheduled service time.
5. Scope Changes & Rescheduling If access is unavailable, site conditions differ from those represented during booking, or the actual scope of work requires substantial changes, PureView Clean reserves the right to adjust pricing, delay service, or reschedule the appointment.
6. Sales Tax All quoted and invoiced amounts are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. No Refunds After Service Completion Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final upon completion of the work. Refunds will not be issued once services have been performed. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of completion, and PureView Clean will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the concern.
8. Right to Refuse Service PureView Clean reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if working conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or if access restrictions prevent the work from being completed safely and efficiently.
